Support for slim player models and restored sound files to reflect the beta sound effects

Hi, I'd love to use this mod in a mod pack I'm making however, one thing that's missing the old sounds, and slim player models.
If you were able to update this code I'd greatly appreciate it!

The slim player models were introduced in the release version of the game so I don't see why these should be added. Note that you can still upload a 'classic' skin on the Minecraft website.
The missing old sounds are something I agree with should be fixed. The game tries to download the sounds but they are no longer available from that URL. Also see this: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-9685
I am not sure if I can fix this without relying on 3th party resources, but I will have a look.
