Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As GHC 9.2 reached EOL, GHC 9.4 is the most mature stable release. Projects using GHC 9.4 should be able to use this gazelle extension.

Adapt hsimportscan code to GHC API changes and add GHC 9.4.x to the CI matrix.
