Will an app work fine with Vuejs?

Hello!
I'm building an iOS app with the help of Ratchet and Vuejs. So, after compiling my app with PhoneGap and publishing to App Store will this app work properly or I need some server implementation in the app?
Who beside you knows whether your app need a server or not?!
