Remove colors dependency

Use grunt.log colors instead.
@zacechola: will you try to fix this for the next release or will you release a new one after the current PRs are merged?
I was going to work on it tonight. I can push out a release of all of it when it's ready. Should be much work to rip out the dependency.

If it's not much trouble I'd say try to add this in this release. The less dependencies, the better.
