Offcanvas - dispose() not reseting scrollbars

Describe the issue
This closed ticket is not fixed, the dispose() still does not reset the scrollbars and hide() has to be called before leaving the "page" in SPAs.
(Attempts to reopen the original issue were not seen, thus opening this new issue.)
