Change language for project date section

Description
In Step 1: choosing a project, the guidance for the date of the project is listed as "Enter a date range". This description could be clearer and provide more guidance on what the user should put in the section.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change "Enter a date range" to "Enter start and end date".
Describe alternatives you've considered
Since the user will be in the project section, we believe it is unnecessary to state "Enter the project's start and end date", but this could also work if it fits in the section.
