Repositories: Repos can not be deleted

Describe the bug
After pressing the delete repo button, the repo vanishes. If the DMP is saved, the repo reappears.

Is this a regression?
Yes.

To Reproduce
Create a DMp and add a repo. Try to delete it.

Expected behavior
After pressing the delete button and saving, the repo should be gone for good.

Bug is not in the frontend, but the backend - created the issue tuwien-csd/damap-backend#161 .
