OSError - %1 is not a valid Win32 application

I am running the basic example as follow:

import pydf
pdf = pydf.generate_pdf('<h1>this is html</h1>')
with open('test_doc.pdf', 'wb') as f:
    f.write(pdf)

and I get the following error:

I am using python 3.7.
Could you please help?

I'm afraid I don't run windows so can't fix this directly.

I suspect it's related to the path separator in the executor path.

If you can fix, happy to accept a PR.

I have the same issue on Windows. If someone could fix it it would be great.
