Steps to set up Turtl Server with a personal CA

What is the procedure to set up the Turtl server with the self-signed CA and certificates? For the nginx setup I am going to add the self-signed certificate authority to my Linux and Android devices. What needs to be changed (in the server/apps?) to make it work?
