Script is broken on mac arm machines

User did turso upgrade
it failed with:
Architecture arm64 is not supported for libsql-server
Error: failed to execute update command: exit status 1

I am guessing this is the issue where we aren't handling arm64: https://github.com/tursodatabase/turso-install/blob/7b0b499/install.sh#L141
