Import from OPML Error

Describe the bug
Cannot import OPML file. Please improve OPML import feature. It's hard to migrate from other apps
To Reproduce
Try to import OPML.xml file attached here. No line imported into aggregator.

It seems you only accept windows end line characters? CRLF

If first line is empty it dont load anything (LF char only). Inital space or endlines should be removed
If I remove first line, and I change all end line char to windows format, it's better but.... it load only 4 item, instead of 186

if there is and & inside text or link, it crash. Similar error if there are non-ascii characters
Manually fixing the file it work.
