Ability to add directories to Jupyterlab examples directory in Sphinx toc

The Asteroid orbit optimization example, will be (in #88) split into three examples. Using a folder rather than three files in an ever increasing list of examples would help sort the examples. This could also be applied to the propagation, estimation, and pygmo directories, to give some structure to the examples.
This branch is a WIP but is focused on solving this issue.
With the latest commit on the feature/updateexamplestoc branch, this issue is also resolved and can be merged.
