Plotting snippets

Add documentation on the plotting utilities implemented in tudatpy.
Also add code snippets of useful matplotlib functions (change figure and font size, add a grid, save space, etc).
The API doc of the plotting utilities has since then been corrected and can be seen here.
The useful code snippets and matplotlib functions will later be implemented as part of tudatpy issue 41.
