Missing API documentation for some functions

The API documentation for the function environment_setup.gravity_field.spherical_harmonic includes a note referencing to another function, namely normalize_spherical_harmonic_coefficients. Such function is however nowhere in the API documentation.
The API documentation for the function runge_kutta_4 is missing. I assume it'd be something like propagation_setup.integrator.runge_kutta_4.
