tabulated_from_existing to be added to API docs

The environment_setup.ephemeris.tabulated_from_existing method should be added to the API docs.
I just pushed this with 0f6e77e.
I will be waiting for tudatpy.readthedocs.io to successfully build again before closing this issue, to make sure the changes are correctly made.
The API docs now building successfully, I can confirm that this new API doc entry is correct.
