rotate map with bottom anchor like navigation apps (question)

is it possible to rotate camera around custom achor point ?
on other native maps plugin we have purchased it restricted to the center point
calling bearing rotates map from center point only.

I have looked through the Google Maps SDK (which the other maps plugin uses too) and I don't believe it's possible to implement this as the SDK only uses center for the camera.

yes google sdk unfortunately does that restriction we are investigating mapbox and heremaps sdk they dont have that restriction plus plenty useful features for turn by turn navigation app.
