Icons size

It would be nice if there were options to zoom icon size up and down, so smaller or larger icons within the app could be used.
Will add an option for the tree icon size later. The toolbar icon size is determined by the Qt style/theme in use.
Added Preferences to the File menu. It includes a setting for the view icon size from 22 px to 64 px.
