if 3 tags chosen: 3 trust atoms, each with 1 tag as content
what is the use-case for TA with no content?

Trust the target in all areas, not just one semantic category / tag

Same as currently, and I updated under readme recently. Is there something that you’re thinking of that is not covered there?
