Question: What might be the problem?

Hi, I'm using the docker container and I cannot pass that last step (make: *** No rule to make target 'deploy_and_configure'. Stop.). The yaml file seems to be correctly configured, I even see the file as /config.yml inside the running docker instance. Cloudflare seems to also be properly configured, but I haven't been able to spin up a heroku app. What do you think might be the problem? ty
