"Active" toggle switchess in UI interact with each other

Clicking the Active toggle for one backend may result in a different toggle switch changing state, while the one you are attempting to click remains unaltered.
Chrome Version 124.0.6367.119 (Official Build) (arm64)
Maybe the identifiers for each toggle in the UI are not unique .. or messed up somehow.
