Currently, some of the tags (e.g. [[[]]]=hi) available to dzslides are not available to slidy. There is no development of the other slides available to pandoc. This can expand in the future.

Also the google slides have some nice features as well.

Have you seen slidify? It supports twelve presentation frameworks including Google, DzSlides, Slidy, RevealJS etc. Here is a link to a page with examples.

Holy smokes no. This is beautiful.

It doesn't appear slidify or SlidifyLibraries is on CRAN. Is this an eventual goal? If so what's the timeline? I think I'm going to cease developing slides more if you plan to push to CRAN. At that point I would then incorporate this into the reports package as it fits the frame work (basically the idea is to grab really great R products and bring them together).

Also...
I was wanting to develop a way to make reports generate a repo from the command line and push the current report to git_hub. I could not get this to work cross platform (windows was the thorn in my side). It appears you may have done this. Is the publish to github tested on all 3 major OS?

I haven't played with slidify yet (just watched a video) and looked at the github repo. I am going to investigate more now. Nice work.

Yes, the plan is to push both repositories to CRAN. This should happen by end of April (or sooner, if I resolve some critical issues).

I haven't tested publish_github on all three OSes, however I haven't heard any issues so far. The function uses git command line wrapped in system calls, so I think it should be fairly robust. If you have access to other OSes, and can test if it works, that would be great.

Reports looks like a great package to simplify workflow. I haven't had the chance to dig deeper into it, but I will as time permits. Good work.
