Installation Routine

Hello,
I have tryed to Install TreoCore on an V-Server (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS).
Software:
Apache, latest PHP, latest Mysql DB
I have Composer Installed and all Requirements about the Php Stuff, the Cronjob and chown set to the Right user
but when i visit the index.php it shows me an error 404 in install.js:57:45
Its about the Translation Stuff
the Database is not Setup (Non Created). Is this a Part of the Installation in the index.php ?
or what am I doing wrong ? or have I forgotten something ?
