verifying authenticity

Is there anyway to verify the authenticity of the source code? In other words how can one knows if all the files on this repository are the one the Sencha provides?
I dont know, the repo tree is a copy of zip archive, that Sencha provides as GPL version.
I think you could compare checksums, or something similar
