Filesharing using Webshare not working - Android SDK 29

File sharing using webshare from browser to device is not working. It stuck at Preparing file on device and connection reset on browser.
Instead of getserial, I am using Android_ID. Any idea what can be done here?
File-sharing through browser to the host device fails. I will add more details when I have more findings.

There are lots of issues on handling WiFi on targetsdk 29 and up. There is not enough permissions for wifi in from 29

Good attempt. But crashing. Tried on Android 11 device. If you are using storage, use legacy one.
