Use this issue to track support for an alarm clock. @etbusch already has a branch is the works at https://github.com/etbusch/goodwatch/tree/alarm
I've made good progress on the alarm clock functionality.
I could use some guidance on how to handle non-blocking chimes, but I think it is good enough to push as is.
