"Buffer length error" from active UART

A buffer length error has been observed in a GW30 running recent firmware. This was caused by sidebutton presses being interpreted as UART bytes, and we can correct it by disabling the UART when in the watch casing.
Close when fixed. Low priority.
This was fixed some time ago. Closing issue.
