but run test_upf.py is ok,but we can't find the pcap files.when 2.2.2.2icmp --->1.1.1.1 is ok,so i think dl is not ok,when dl use the same protocol with ul

I find we can't support sdf filter id,when change to sdf flow,it's ok.
