Questions about building a VPP package for ARM64 platform

Hi!
I noticed that FDio/VPP project can run on ARM64 platform. Is this project the same? And how can we build VPP for ARM64 platform? I tried to set a platform when building, but it seems like not working.
Anything wrong with me or Is there any documents in our project for cross-compiling?
