Uppy Dashboard

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Uppy Dashboard
2. Browse Files (Choose Take Photo)
3. Take Photo / Select Use Photo after taking photo
4. From Dashboard you see the preview - Click Plus (Add more files)
5. Browse Files (Choose Take Photo)
6. Take Photo / Select Use Photo after taking photo
7. Select Upload

You get 2 uploads...but you get ONE of the photos you took but twice (duplicated)

Expected behavior

You should get both photos you took (not 1 that duplicated)

Actual behavior

You get only one of the photos...2 times (duplicated)
