Add more code analysis tools

The more code analysis the better, especially when we run it on github runners that we not pay for.

Let's explore analyzing tools in https://github.com/translate-tools/linguist/actions/new?category=security&query=code+scanning and setup some of there to have more chances to catch a defective code.

It's ok if we will have too much jobs in CI, we may leave as required only those we trust in.
