Add grammar check for text input and translation result in extension popup

Add checkbox to enable grammar check.
But first we have to find a service to suggest grammar fixes. Prefer an offline solutions
The idea
When checkbox enabled, text input will highlight errors and suggest to fix all by some button.
Also we can add checkbox on translation result, in this case translation will additionally handled by grammar fixer before show to user
