Patch to improve themeing

I understand that Alt-F is only in version 0.1RC1/2 ; but I thought I would
take a few minutes to improve the appearance of Alt-F for my own sanity. So I
did. This is tested against the latest SVN HEAD; and tested on my DNS-323
device. All works as expected.
Attached is my patch; a logout.png graphic to be placed in
alt-f/customroot/usr/www/; and a screenshot of the "improved" theme.
It is far from perfect; or even terribly satisfying; but to my eyes, it is
better than what was. If I can be bothered; I might do a deeper reworking of
the web interface for my own pleasure.

Appearance is not my primary concern, but your patch seems OK and I might use
it, perhaps with a different color set.

Closing, svn commits r2347, r2349, r2350 and r2356 address most of your patch
ideas.
Although not applying you patch, all CSS code was removed from the CGI scripts
and user written and selectable themes are now possible.
