Flash_attn doesn't build on windows

Flash_attn build requires g++ which does not come installed on the default WSL ubuntu distribution.
One possibly better asnwer is not build flash_attn and download a wheel.
This is possibly fixed as I think we are using a wheel now. Need to verify.
