Deploy snap to NPM

We will take a muti-step process where this ticket will be responsible for getting the snap and site ready for a 0.1.0 release.
Task include:
- Make sure the snap will run on MetaMask flask latest stable versions(11.4.1-flask.0
- Update @metamask/keyring-api dependency to the latest version (1.0.0); the snap is currently using 0.1.0
- Change snap name to SmartHub
