i find a big problem in the ddsmraw2pnm.exe

beacuse this is four kinds of scanners in this database, the author of the ddsmraw2pnm.exe process the data with the scanner. i find that the generated data of dba scanner data will be bad with many noise. I find the code of the ddsmraw2pnm.exe(https://github.com/multinormal/ddsm). I find that the code have some problem in processing the data which scanner is dba.
