FullCalendar recipe is not working

Summary
The FullCalendar recipe under the 3rd party libs tab is not working due to a LWS issue.
The Salesforce engineering teams have been notified and a bug is logged.
We'll report on progress in this issue.

Activate LWS and navigate to the 3rd party libs tab.
Current Behavior
Calendar is not showing up:
Expected Behavior
Calendar is properly displayed.
