Steps To Reproduce:
- Create new Playground
- Clone repository lwc-recipes
- Authorize playground
- Deploy the app
Expected result
Deploy success
Actual result
ERROR running force:source:deploy: Deploy failed 187/188 Components

Hi there! I am also getting this error when attempting to install in a trailhead playground. Has there been any resolution to this yet? Thank you!
Please delete the pubsub folder locally, and try again.
