Traefik Docker image support for ppc64le arch on Docker hub

Hello Team,

We've noticed that Traefik provides binaries for the ppc64le architecture, and it appears that the Traefik Dockerfile can be easily updated with minimal changes, as indicated in PR #4. However, we've observed that the official multi-arch Docker image for Traefik on Docker Hub does not currently support the ppc64le architecture.

We're reaching out to inquire about the possibility of adding support for the ppc64le architecture to the Traefik Docker image on Docker Hub. We're willing to assist in any way necessary to facilitate this process from our end.

Additionally, we wanted to mention that we had previously reached out regarding this issue but did not receive further communication in the related GitHub issue: #42
