index.html file is not loading in react-native app

I have created a new react-native app and added the charting_library to android assets folder and App.js code as it is in the react-native example. But I'm getting a blank white screen instead of the chart. I have added my custom html file and it getting loaded correctly. Any idea why this is happening? There are no any console errors as well.
