Add support for global error code : 404, 500, ... with Hapic

Currently :

Global error case like 404 or 500 are not supported in a correct way.

Expected :

Support these non specific (global) error case with hapic feature (not implemented yet in hapic)
and disable xfail for TestLoginEndpointUnititedDB .
