surround is not working, helpme

Hi, I installed the addon vim-scripts wit a lot of scripts like your surround.
I put packadd! surround in my .vimrc
It is installed because when I do the command :set , vim show it.
but when I write the command ds... the blank screen jump to alert me that it is wrong, the command cs does not exist for vim ... and of course command delete ds.. does not work
what is wrong doing me?
2 screenshots: 1 the vim-scripts package from Mint' repo that I installed, and 2 the :set command showing the addons, take a see that the default automatic not for me automatic install path is in opt/ dir. opt=optional folder, so If I need to call, wake up surround I don´t know how do it. tell me help me.
