Design clue display interface

The clue display interface should have the following features:
- It's fucking blue, what kind of generic trivia game are we playing
- Displays the current category at the top in small lettering, with dollar values
- Displays the clue in large font.
- has a red contestant timer bar that animates a decrease down to zero.
