Creating a new Griswold Blacksmith nothing happens = No griswold spanws

Nothing to be seen in the log, except positives :

What I have done so far :

1. I have delete the config and restarted the server - still nothing.
2. I made sure I got the most recent Citizens Plugin (2.0.24) - nothing
3. Removed Griswold AND plugin restart, then put griswold.jar back

which griswold version are you running? Also, what's the output for your /version command?
