you can fix it by replacing that URI with https://news.ycombinator.com/news?p=2
on the 295th line of hnapi.py ^^

For me it's line 295 on the latest version of the code (install by pip on Ubuntu).
Fixed and 0.2.6 in on pypi: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyhn/0.2.6
Just run: pip install -U pyhn
