Left pane header moves with right pane

When scrolling through feed on right hand side of page, using page-up / down, mouse scrollwheel, or keyboard shortcuts j / k, "Feeds", the divider, and the icons on the top left corner will move as well.

This causes the items to end up out of frame or in strange places:

Chrome 27.0.1453.116, Windows 7. On scanning other issues, looks like mine is a duplicate of #78
