This package no longer installs in python 3.11 due to this: https://github.com/tox-dev/filelock/blob/main/pyproject.toml#L42

Is this an actual requirement, what is it that is broken in 3.11?

What error are you getting? That just says that package is a dependency on 3.10 or lower.
