Urgent - View Layer issue - Blend my nft Cant select object

cant generate collection as error is given ... see below.
on a super tight deadline with the project, never had this problem before

Try searching for that Background Plane.001 object in the Blender file outliner. It can't seem to find it in the viewport, once it's found in the blender file delete it and try again.

Let me know if this makes sense or if you need clarification
