How to purge computer of topydo?

I'd like to remove topydo and everything topydo related on my computer for a fresh start. I pip uninstalled topydo but when I pip installed it again, it still runs with all my old tasks and configurations. I tried deleting the topydo repo I had cloned (which is where my todo.txt and archive.txt are) but that didn't do anything either.
