FMN (Dutch: Fillter Me Niet) is a wizard to help content makers - before they upload their work to web platforms - to generate a Declaration of Intent text. Copy/paste the text right at the file uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook etc. It does not replace the lenghty Terms of Service documents of these platforms but it might be part of the "upload filter" solution. This tool might help rightsholders to clearly state their intent so uploadfilters developed by web portals don't take them down. (want to know more about the issue?
