Allow Wake-on-LAN

It would be nice to be able to remotely turn the radio on. This is done via a WOL packet aimed at the radio's MAC address.
- Add connection config to include optional MAC address field
- Find a place for the WOL button.
- Send the WOL packet
Certainly would, I was trying to work out how to turn the radio on remotely - would be a great feature
This is complete (merged into main) and will be in the 1.2.0 release
